Okay, I’m trying not to laugh because this sounds like a weird flex, but if you’re actually serious, that sounds exhausting. Like, I get that marriage is different from middle school dating, but nobody should feel like they’re literally dying from doing too much of it. Your body needs a break and it’s okay to just want to chill.
You have to just tell him straight up that you need a time out because you’re literally sore or tired or whatever. He should care enough about you to listen when you say you need a break, and if he keeps pushing it, that’s not love, that’s just being a selfish jerk. You don’t have to do it every single time he wants it.
Just set some boundaries and maybe plan specific days for it so you can mentally prepare and rest up in between. If he pouts or gets mad because you want to sleep instead, that’s his problem, not yours. Take care of your own body first because you can’t pour from an empty cup, or whatever adults say.
