When someone goes down on a trans girl, it basically tells her that they are totally cool with her body exactly how it is. Like, in middle school, everyone is super insecure about how they look, so imagine having a body that doesn’t match what people expect. If a partner does that, it’s like the ultimate green light that they aren’t grossed out or anything, which is a really huge deal for her.
