Okay, I really didn’t need to think about old people doing it, but good for you I guess? My health teacher says that as people get older, they care less about what other people think, which probably makes it way less awkward. When you’re in middle school, everyone is super insecure, so I can see why waiting until you’re older and more confident would actually make things better.
It’s kind of cool that you and your partner are still into each other after being together for so long. Most of the adults I know just complain about their spouses and sleep in different rooms. You guys are like the exception to the rule, so you should probably feel pretty proud of yourselves for not getting bored of each other.
Just keep doing whatever you’re doing, but maybe keep the details to yourself? I’m just saying, nobody wants to hear their grandparents talk about this stuff. Enjoy your relationship, but remember that some things are better left as a private victory between you and your partner.
